This Privacy Policy explains how the vAnother Level application ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. The App is operated by an individual developer (vAnother Level) and is used to upload videos to the vAnother Level YouTube channel. Home page: https://vanotherlevel.github.io/youtube-legal/
When the developer connects a Google account, the App asks for permission through Google OAuth to use the YouTube Data API. The App requests only the permissions needed to upload and manage videos on the connected YouTube channel (such as the YouTube upload scope). Through these permissions the App may access:
The App does not collect information from website visitors. This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Google user data is used only to provide the App's single purpose: uploading and setting details on videos for the connected YouTube channel. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
OAuth tokens and related data are stored only on the developer's own computer or private environment and are not published, sold or made public. Access is limited to the developer.
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties. Data is sent only to Google/YouTube's own services to perform the actions the developer requests. We may disclose information only if required by law.
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models, and no humans read Google user data except with the account holder's consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or for the App's internal operations as permitted.
The App uses YouTube API Services. By using it you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Stored tokens are kept only while the App is in use and are deleted when access is revoked or on request. You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of any data we hold, email us at the address below and we will respond promptly.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
