These Terms govern use of the vAnother Level application ("the App") and this website. By using them you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a personal tool that uploads videos to the vAnother Level YouTube channel using the YouTube Data API after the account owner authorizes it through Google OAuth.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is accessed and how it is handled.
You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Videos and other content you upload remain yours (or their respective owners'). Game footage and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for commentary, comparison and review purposes.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may change these Terms or discontinue the App at any time. The date above shows the latest update.
